The way we live in our homes has evolved dramatically over the past few decades, and this 1988 home needed a fresh layout to better serve a modern family of five. Collaborating with Lake Country Builders, the interior architecture was thoughtfully reimagined—one standout change was relocating the powder bath. Originally positioned awkwardly near the front hall and kitchen, it now sits tucked away in a more functional spot at the back of the home, accessed through a newly added butler’s pantry.
Our design directive was to create a timeless, classic aesthetic with just the right hint of vintage—our signature style. We layered in new furnishings while honoring the family’s story by thoughtfully incorporating some of their existing pieces. The result is a seamless blend of old and new, designed for the way they live today.
